Out-of-Stock Items:

We strive to maintain accurate inventory, but occasionally, an item might be unexpectedly out of stock. Don't worry! We'll refund your money in full and offer a little extra compensation to apologize for the inconvenience. 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable:

Almost all our items, ‘beauty products’ are not returnable and are final sale due to hygiene or customization reasons. 

Shipping & Handling:

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we cannot guarantee the return package's safety. Shipping and handling fees shown on your invoice are non-refundable.
